VALUE CREATION

Throughout the whole investment lifetime, any value creation opportunity will be seized. Two main matters of attention will be asset enhancement (refurbishment, expansion, re-positioning) and rental schedule management (occupancy rate, average rental rates per sqf, duration and lease terms, etc.).

The management company calls on a variety of service providers and suppliers depending on the nature of tasks to be accomplished: property managers, construction managers, consultants, letting agencies,  appraisers. Its responsibility is to coordinate and report on their activities.

REPORTING

The investor has to get a comprehensive reporting at a given frequency. This reporting gives investors a clear vision of the successes and challenges met during the implementation of the real estate investment strategy.
